Brasserie Max's Saketini – Recipe
To try something unique, enjoy this sophisticated cocktail. This beverage is airy, scented and drinkable, and pairs nicely with a few chunks of parmesan.
Saketini
Serves 1
30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Combine the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake in a cocktail shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
